If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery (in unused condition and original packaging).

If there is no quality issue, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, and you will be charged a $30 USD repacking fee per item.

For returns that are defective for any reason, please send us pictures of the imperfections. These photos will serve as proof of the damage. Once we have validated that it is a defective item, we will provide you with a shipping address to return the product(s).

If you are returning an item because of a quality issue (in the case that your item is defective or does not meet your standards) you will be charged an initial shipping fee, but you will later be compensated for any shipping costs incurred.

Exchange/Return Process

1. Email customer.service@qualityjewelrycollection.com within 14 business days of the arrival of your purchased item.

2. In this email, please provide the following information:

a. Your full name and address

b. The Product Information (PI) Number

c. The date the order was received

d. A written list of the replica jewelry you would like to exchange

e. The reason your replica jewelry is being returned

3. Upon receipt of your request, our Customer Service department will provide you with a Return Merchandise Agreement (RMA) number. This RMA number should be referred to for any future correspondence involving this return.

4. Once you receive the RMA, please ship back your package to the return address indicated. Before you ship your package, be sure to ask for a tracking number to keep tabs on the package.

5. Please email the tracking number of the returned package to customer.service@qualityjewelrycollection.com

6. As soon as we receive your return package, our shipping department will process your replacement and you will receive a new tracking number to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.

IMPORTANT:

Please keep in mind that you are purchasing replicated jewelry. These jewelry pieces are 99.9 % similar to the originals; however, they are made of different materials and will not be identical to the designer jewelry pieces. There are still some minor differences in our replicated jewelry. If we were advertising the real, designer pieces, the cost would be much higher.

Please note: Your jewelry order is subject to final inspection before your exchange is processed. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for an exchange to be processed.
